Keena M. Smith named new WCEO Chief Executive Officer

The WCEO Board of Directors announced Keena M. Smith, MPA, Founder of WCEO would be named to the post of CEO effective immediately. The Honorable Tracy Heard has been named the new Chairwoman of the Board of Directors.
